Swansea and Neath Lord Lieutenants Cadets

Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of West Glamorgan Commodore R. C. Hastie CBE, RD*, RNR at a ceremony held at John Chard VC House, Territorial Army HQ Swansea presented the outgoing and incoming Cadets with their certificates and insignia.
